„Institutional Capacity Building In the Social Inclusion Area Through Transnational Cooperation and Exchange of Best Practices”

The main idea of this project is to build institutional capacity in the field of social inclusion, in order to achieve better and more effective municipality. Taking into account the identified challenges and needs, the main aim is to promote the enhancement of institutional capacity in Municipality of Beloslav with development active transnational cooperation and sustainable transfer of innovative practices in the field of planning, coordination and implementation of social policies and services in order to achieve more efficient management. In this context, the project includes activities that will increase the competence of the target group through measures for the study of foreign experience and enhanced transnational cooperation including preparation of analysis of the experience of EU countries and exchange of innovative practices and know-how in the specialized working seminar. This contributes to successful subsequent transfer of the identified social innovation, which has a main role in enhancing institutional capacity. The idea of this new approach in the conduct of public consultation in the planning process of social policies and services to organize complete accompanying informal public events to engage stakeholders. This new process of organization will establish active cooperation of employees of the public administration units, providing social and health services to end users and will provide an opportunity to actively be involved in the planning of policies in this area. Except in the planning and coordination of policies and services, the innovative approaches can be applied in connection with the extension, amendment, supplement or termination of the policy or services. For this contributed activities to evaluation the applicability of an innovation and dissemination of the results of it. This will facilitate more effective management of the municipality and a well-functioning of the administration, able to meet the expectations of citizens.
