Promoting transnational cooperation in respect of the exchange of experience, good practices and models for human resources development and improving the organisation and working conditions in "ATHLETIC FITNESS" Ltd.

The project entails the identification and transfer of social innovations for organizing the labour process and new approach for working with clients through the realization of transnational cooperation in terms of exchange of experience, good practices and models for human resource development and improvement of the organization and working conditions through the project. The project target group is 43 employees of the candidate which are responsible for the organization of the labour process and working with clients. The project main goal is promoting transnational cooperation in terms of exchange of experience, good practices and models for increasing the number of employees of the company with the development of new systems, practices and instruments for human resource development and improvement of the organization and working conditions. The project activities are: 1. Organization and management of the project. 2. Adaptation and validation of social innovations. 3. Improvement of the capacity through organizing seminars and work groups. 4. Assessment of the achieved results of the validated social innovation. 5. Publicity of the achieved results and validation of social innovations. 6. Activities for information and communication.
