Cross-border innovative models in tourism

Project "Cross-border innovative models in tourism" aims to implement a package of 6 pieces innovative practices for the employed in the sector of hotel accommodation and restaurants. During the implementation of the project will be conducted activities with transnational scope for exchange of good practices and the introduction of social innovation. Best practices in Romania and Belgium will be investigated in order to implement innovative practices for employed in the sector of hotel accommodation and restaurants. Implementation of activities will fix the main problem for the employers and employed in the industry - the season working. To tackle the problem will be transferred 6 innovative practices. In Activity 1 will be analyzed and studied the experience of Romania and Belgium, as a result will be identified 6 specific innovative practices. Within Action 2 experience exchange will be conducted as 5-day training on the practices, identified in Activity 1. To achieve the indicators of the procedure will be identified a total of 6 innovative practices and all of them will be transferred. This will happen within the Activity 3, and the effect of actual performance will be measured in the subsequent evaluation of the results. As part of Activity 4 will be tracked achieved goals of the project and meeting the needs of the target group identified in Item. 5 of Section 11 of this form. To achieve greater social impact, the results will be disseminated in the form of open days for business and the media in the Activity 5. The implementation will lead to the achievement of the overall objective of the project, or the objectives of the Investment Priority 5 "Adaptation of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to problems," Component 2 "Danube partnerships for jobs and growth" under Priority Axis 4 "Transnational Cooperation" Operational program "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020,
