Tranfer of innovations in healthcare

"Transfer of innovations in healthcare" project is aimed at introducing innovative practices in the field of healthcare which will ensure the achievment of Human resources development programme (HRD OP) main goals and the implementation of "Europe 2020" strategy in the field of employment, combating poverty and social exclusion, and support for good health, which is a prerequisite for sustainable and inclusive growth and has a positive effect on productivity and competitiveness of the population in general. The following activities are included: -Study, adaptation and validation of innovative models in healthcare sector; - Increasing the capacity of partners and implementation of social innovation in Bulgaria by providing additional healthcare and social services; - Evaluation of the results achieved in terms of the applicability of the innovative elements; -Dissemination of the achieved results; - Building a partnership networks for sustainable development and application of innovation in healthcare sector; - Organization and project management; - Information and communication activities; These activities will contribute to: - health and welfare improvement of vulnerable groups in Municipality of Bansko; - promoting the exchange of best practices in healthcare and construction of medical peer networks; - ensuring equal access to health services; - raising the level of qualification and motivation of medical staff for realization in smaller settlements; - improving the quality of services; - more options for professional realization of young professionals in the healthcare field; - reducing current problems concerning the workforce in the healthcare sector; Through planned activities, the project will contribute to achieving the objective of investment priority 9 "Improving access to services that are affordable, sustainable and of high quality, including health and social services of general interest"
