Innovative educational center

Association "Bokaia" was founded in 2013 in Vidin. Achieving sustainable results, shared values and establishment of durable links between civil society and business are part of the main activities of the association. In this direction is the main objective of this project proposal, namely: Through the implementation of transnational cooperation between partner organizations from Bulgaria and Romania to implement transfer and implementation of social innovation in the field of employment and job quality. The proposal is subject to IP 6: "Improving equal access to opportunities for lifelong learning for all age groups in formal, informal and unofficial kind, updating of knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce, and promoting flexible learning processes including through career guidance and validation of acquired competences of the workforce. ", to which is consistent overall choice of project activities. The activities, which will realize the main purpose are: preparation of specific analyzes and studies the experience of other countries; adaptation and validation of innovative practice; increasing the capacity of partners and stakeholders; assess the results in terms of the applicability of the innovative elements. The expected results of the project are related to the implementation of the transfer and implementation of social innovation by implementing the exchange of experiences with the partner organization, leading to optimize the process of acquiring new knowledge and skills and improved communication between employers and workers. The target group of the project includes: economically inactive young people who are not in education and training up to 29 years inclusive; job seekers; employers; employees, including self-employed; persons wishing to start their own business.
