Transnational Cooperation and Transfer of Innovations for Institutional Capacity In the Social Inclusion Sector

The idea of the project is to promote active cooperation with an experienced foreign partner and exchange of best practices and innovative solutions in the field of social inclusion of people at risk, contributing to the improvement of skills and competencies of administrative staff in Stamboliyski municipality in terms of planning and implementation of social policy in this area through the transfer, adaptation and implementation of innovative model of communication and cooperation with key stakeholder groups and participants in the planning process and modeling of social policies. Target group of the project are employees of public administration structures providing social services. The efforts are focused on creating conditions for improving the making process of social policies / services by adapting and introducing innovative practices to coordinate with key stakeholder groups in the process. The innovative practice is Civil committee for planning policies and services in the field of social inclusion. Its members are voluntary citizens and municipal officials who jointly coordinate and create new solutions for people at risk of social exclusion; with problem behavior; dropouts of society and disabled. All members are equal partners in the planning of appropriate measures, services and social policies tailored to the needs of the youth society. The implementation of the project will help develop the capacity and efficiency of the target group; improvment of communication and cooperation with social service providers and civil sector, optimizing the planning and modeling of social policies and measures for social inclusion.
