Partnership for innovation

The project proposal aims to exchange knowledge and best practices from France in the field of personnel training and human resources development to enhance the capacity of employees in "Life 2002" LTD. A set of measures for active cooperation between partners from 2 countries are expected to improve the performance and competence of employees through the implementation of innovative approaches. The main project activities are: 1.Research of the specific needs and requirements of company policies and testing of applicable experience of foreign partners in the application of innovative methods and approaches for for lifelong learning, including distance learning, as well as management and development of human resources in the sector of real estate. 2. Analysis of the results of the studies and proposing models for the transfer of applied practices. 3. Introduction of new models for distance training of employees employed in the sector of real estatebrokering and adaptation and implementation of innovative practices identified for the organization of workflow by improving the management of human resources. 4. Activities to assess the results in terms of the applicability of its innovative features. 5. Activities for the dissemination of the results different from the activity of information and communication. With the implementation of these activities two innovative practices will be identified and transferred.
