Transfer and implementation of good practices on diversity management

The project proposal promotes transfer and implementation of social innovation for employees aged 50+ and their employers based on innovative corporate models successfully implemented in Romania, which guarantee active workforce in the later life phase. The project proposal foresees: -a new corporate environment (Resource Center for diversity management), which will provide support and training to employees aged 50+, needed for their adaptation to the new labor market requirements caused by the changed demographic and economic conditions. The Resource Center for diversity management will be created as a structure, based on the model functioning in Romania. - transfer and implementation of methodology and training program for people aged 50+ aimed at developing of specific skills and promoting learning in the later life, are based on innovative models used by the Romanian partner. Trained consultants will use the transferred methodology and program for career guidance to work with employees aged 50+. It will serve not only the employees in this age group but also their employers; - working with companies and organizations managing teams from different generations and introducing new methods for intergenerational dialogue through pilot training; The working methods and trainings, oriented to the adaptation of elderly employees are not applied by the businesses in our country to date. Their implementation will be an innovative element that contributes to the adaptation to the new modern market conditions. The project proposal meets the requirements of the Guidelines to improve interregional and transnational cooperation between partners from member states of the EU by transfer and implementation of social innovations in the area of labour market and quality of working places.
