New innovative ideas and best practices of Marketing of tourism services in Bulgaria

The main activity of Raya Koeva-Valkova is focused in two directions, as in all our leading strategy is to provide high quality service paid over average market prices. We insist on close work with customers, rapid response and high level of expertise. We work actively to achieve high customer satisfaction in each of the segments that serve. The main development strategy of the company is to ensure quality performance of its core business and achieving minimum periods at optimal costs for the implementation of quality services. To achieve security and reliability of services, the company relies on skilled workers with respect to all details in the overall workflow. In connection with the above, our vision of development is creating strong partnerships with Community partners to achieve a high quality of all our services. Our expectations of the project have been two partner organizations to add value and develop their capacity to work in a transnational European network. The collaboration will stimulate knowledge transfer between Bulgaria and Greece, thus contributing to increasing the competitiveness of human resources, as well as their adaptation to the European market. Participation in this project partners with different optical and competencies with different needs but similar obligations will ensure that high quality standards for the transfer of innovation that will ensure sustainability and multiplication of format experience. We believe that as a result of the implementation of the planned project activities will has provided a favorable environment for establishing new contacts and business opportunities among members of the target group;
