Transfer of Innovative Practices for Enhancing the Social Impact from the Activity of Social Entrepreneurs

In the framework of the project proposal will be specified, adapted, piloted and validated three social innovations (process-oriented - developing new methods and approaches): 1. Systematic support for social entrepreneurs to achieve organizational growth (scalability) 2. Supporting social entrepreneurs to build capacity in the measurement and management of social impact (impact measurement and management) 3. Support for social entrepreneurs to work with long-term strategy to achieve systemic change (system change) The capacity of the partners and the stakeholders will be increased for the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of best practices and innovative approaches in the field of social entrepreneurship. As a result of the project implementation and based on the introduced three innovative practices, the development of social entrepreneurship in Bulgaria will be encouraged. The professional integration in social enterprises will be facilitated and the development of social and solidarity economy will be supported in order to facilitate the access to employment. Project partner is the Swedish Foundation Reach for Change, a leader in Europe in supporting the development of social enterprises.
