Transfer of innovative practices in the area of management and brokering of real estates

The project "Transfer of innovative practices in the area of management and brokering of real estates" is aimed at transfer of innovative practices in human resource development and improving the organization and working conditions in companies, engaged in mediation in real estate transactions and management. Their activity is essential for the real estate market, which is one of the engines of economic growth. The project will implement transnational cooperation and exchange of best practices and transfer of three social innovation. The overall objective of the project is to improve the welfare of human resources and the activities of real estate agents through interregional cooperation aimed at transfer of social innovation and best practices in the labor market and the quality of jobs. Action 1 provides for specific analysis and research on the experiences of Member States within the Danube region in order to identify specific practices outlined areas of social innovation. To achieve the indicators of the procedure will be identified and subsequently transferred three social innovation. Activity 2 includes conducting workshops and visits to companies for management of real estate in Romania. 3 activities will ensure the development, validation and transfer of innovative practices in the "Emerald - Nadezhda" Ltd. and capacity to transfer innovative practices of other employers in the industry. The effect of the actual implementation will be measured in the subsequent measurement of the results in Action 4 with a view to their applicability to the needs of the target groups. To ensure multiplication of the results will be disseminated among decision makers in the construction and mining industry through informational events Activity 5.
