Transnational cooperation for validating social innovations supporting organization of work and HR development

Fast developing industries and constant markets dynamics create a need to build capacity and equip employers and employees with skills to make face to those changes. Investing in HR development and in supportive work environment fostering social innovations are the main tools to address those pressing needs. While Western European business actors have already seen the benefits of social innovations for staying competitive and sustainable, Bulgarian state of the art in the field is lagging behind. This project will allow Bioshield – a fast developing Bulgarian company, to deal with the changes by partnering with Virens - a Spanish highly social company, by transferring good practices and acquiring know-how for social innovations. The project will allow the partnership to work towards social capital development and more sustainable business models, focusing on HR and improving the organization of work. Additional focus of the project is building the partnership capacity for creative thinking and fostering environment for innovations. The main target group of the project is Bioshield as employer and their current and future staff. The activities of the project include: the transfer of good practices for labor organization such as flexiwork, rotation, self-control, online reporting, and good practices for training, learning and validating of knowledge on the workplace; study visits to the Spanish partner; investing in a specialised SaS solution for HR Development and Management; evaluation of the sustainability and potential of the project results and dissemination of the good practices. The main project result is the validaiton of three social innovations in the candidate. The project will contribute to the achievement of the Investment priority 5 of the call and will also contribute to EU initiatives such as the Agenda for new skills and jobs.
