Initial start of life - Early support of prematurely and risky newborns and their families

The main idea of ​​the project is the transfer and implementation of the Germany based concept of early support aimed to prematurely and risk newborns and their families. This proposal is to initiate a model project for early support for prematurely and risk newborns and their families who are being founded itinerant and mobile service for early support. Currently, there are no proposals for itinerant and mobile early care to support targeted from the outset risk newborns and children at risk of harm, and to strengthen parents as a family. Many parents feel in a hopeless situation. They often do not see an opportunity to deal with caring for the child at home, and consequently the danger the child to be sent to a steady place is high. The project target groups are: • employees of social and health service providers; • Premature and risk newborns from 0-3 years who were born in Hospital "Sheynovo" Plc; • Parents of premature or risk newborns. The project objectives are: • Support the development of premature and risk newborns; • Support building a relationship between parents and child from the beginning; • Accompanying parents and assist in supporting their child at home, connected to stabilize the whole family situation; • Prevention of exclusion and support social participation and quality of life of children with disabilities; • Encouraging the public to promote reconsideration in view of the integration of children with disabilities; • Initiation of professional discussions in interdisciplinary contexts. The main activities and results of the project include: 1. Increasing the capacity of the beneficiary for the implementation of good practice and innovation partner; 2. Adaptation and validation of social innovation; 3. Preparation of specific analyzes; 4. Evaluation of the results achieved; 5. Dissemination of results; 6. Information and publicity; 7. Organization and project management.
