„Sustainable Youth Entrepreneurship as the Business Model of the Future“

Taking into account the identified challenges and needs, the main aim is to promote self-employment among young people and the development of youth entrepreneurship and sustainable businesses through active transnational cooperation and transfer of innovative practices. In this context, the project includes activities that will enhance the skills and competencies of representatives of the applicant to function as online mentors to young people with an interest to start their own business in the field of the green economy. This contributes directly to meet the needs of the target group. In this context are focused activities, ensuring the study of foreign experience and providing specific forms of transnational cooperation including preparation of analysis of the experience of EU countries and exchange of the innovative practices in conducting in conducting workshops. All this provides the necessary prerequisites for subsequent successful transfer and implementation of innovative models and tools supporting the development of sustainable youth entrepreneurship and self-employment in the green economy. The nnovation is key as online mentors will promote the societal benefits of entrepreneurship in the green economy will explain the need for entrepreneurial skills and will share their experiences among young people. For successful transfer of innovation and sustainable implementation after the project are planned activities to evaluation the applicability of an innovative model and dissemination of the results. This will help to raise awareness of the target group about the benefits of entrepreneurship in the green economy and will contribute to their motivation to use mentoring services in developing business in this area. This will promote to development of youth entrepreneurship in the green economy and creating sustainable businesses.
