Support to the employment in the water sector

The current application form "Support to the employment in the Water sector" represents pull of identified activities, based on the objective needs of the Water sector in Bulgaria for qualified human resources, popularization of the activities for development and effectiveness gains of the sector and adjustment of the processes, approaches and human resources' capital to the average level of development and effectiveness achieved in EU. The core of the project proposal comprises in activities aiming at transferring good practices, innovative approaches, methods for enhancing the capacity and potential for development of the employed people same as the potential stakeholders in the Water sector. In the project there are series of analysis, consultations, researches, trainings, seminars end other measures envisaged for achieving the goals of the procedure, the project and the input for achieving the goals of the operational programme. The application form for the project fall into the range field of Component 2 of the procedure, namely "Danube partnerships for employment and growth" and will improve the inter-regional and transnational cooperation between the partner parties in the face of Bulgaria and Hungary through research, identification and application of innovative approaches and practices from Hungary in regards to fulfillment of the human resources market needs and the quality of the employment positions in the Water sector together with building of administrative capacity for sustainable development of the sector form the human resources' capital perspective. A compliance of the envisaged activities and measures was identified with four of the investment priorities to the specific goals, the target groups and eligible activities. Last but not least the defined project activities, the set goals and results are in line with the goals of Priority 2 of the procedure and reflect the conditions for input for achieving the indicators for implementation and results.
