Mission Possible (approbation, adaptation, and implementation of the innovative pattern called "Community triangulation" for socio-economic integration of marginalized Roma communities)

The project will explore and introduce the innovative practices of 1) personal mentoring and 2) the development of network organizational structure type "starfish" as part of the innovative model of "Community triangulation." Both social innovation will be probated in the town. of Kyustendilq the "Iztok" neighborhood which according to unofficial data is inhabited by over 10 000 residents, many of whom live in extreme poverty and are victims of long-term unemployment. Transferrin both social innovation to achieve development of personal and professional skills of persons from the target group, improving attitudes towards work, organization and acquisition of working habits.
