Partnership and coordination for better future through introduction innovative approaches and good employment practices in Pavlikeni Municipality

The current project aim at promoting transnational cooperation between Pavlikeni municipality and Spanish municipalities Melide and La Bana by transfer and implementation of social innovation, exchange of good practices and finding common solutions in the labor market, combating. The current project is targeted towards encouraging the transnational cooperation between Pavlikeni Municipality and the Municipalities of Melide and La Bana, Spain with the help of transfer and implementation of social innovations, good practices exchange and the finding of common solutions in the area of labour market. The target group consists of 20 people who are economically inactive outside the education and training, including discouraged people, looking for a job unemployed people and disadvantaged groups in the market. In order to accomplish the goals of the project, the activities has been planned: 1. Preparing of specific analysis and research based on the experience of the Spanish Municipalites of La Bana and Melide. 2. Adaptation and validation of the identified social innovations 3. Increase of the partners’ and interested parties' capacity related to the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the good practices and innovative methods by organizing seminars and a work discussion aiming to encourage the experience, information, best practices and innovative methods exchange between the partners and the other interested parties 4. Evaluation of the accomplished results from the point of applicability of the innovative elements 5. Distribution of the accomplished results 6. Organization and management 7. Information and communication The implementation of the innovations will contribute to the solution of parts of the main problems and tendencies in the country like the continuous unemployment, the clear tendency of aging among the population and the difficulties to find an opportunity of employment which the unemployed are experiencing.
