European partnership for employment and development

The main objective of the project is transnational cooperation between partners from two member states of the EU, through social innovation transfer and implementation aimed at better professional development by promoting entrepreneurship among young people. The specific objectives are inclusive of: -To Identify and adapt innovative practices aimed at encouraging and facilitating entrepreneurship among young people; -To Increase capacity of staff of the candidate for the implementation of innovative practice and piloting within the corporate services; -To promote the innovative European practices among target institutions and organizations in Bulgaria. Activities include research, adaptation and piloting of innovative practices to promote youth entrepreneurship, puting and exchange of experience of staff Yu Consult for implementation in activity, promotion of results at national level, outcome evaluation by an external organization, management project information and publicity on financial assistance from the ESF / OP Human Resources Development. The project is aimed at identifying, adapting and implementing two innovative practices aimed at IP 4: "Self-employment, entrepreneurship and business creation including innovative micro, small and medium enterprises." Objectives and activities of the project fully complies with the specific purpose to IP 4: Promote transnational cooperation in terms of exchange of experience, best practices and models for promoting self-employment, entrepreneurship and business creation, including innovative SMEs.
