Improve the transnational cooperation between Bulgaria and Romania in the field of social innovation

The overall objective of this project proposal is to improve transnational cooperation between Bulgaria and Romania in the field of social innovation to improve capacity and achieve higher and better employment of workers in education as a result of exchange of experience and good practices and high motivation for sustainable employment and career development. The specific objectives of the project proposal are: - exchange of good practices and social innovation in the implementation of programs for development of human capital. - exchange of experience and best practices in the implementation of measures to promote and motivation to upgrade their knowledge, skills and competences. - Establishing partnerships between representatives of the target groups for the implementation of innovative measures to improve the adaptability of workers and employees in the education sector. General and specific objectives will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Organization and Management 2. Information and communication 3. Preparation of specific analyzes and studies the experience of Romania in the field of social innovation to adapt to changes 4. Adaptation of social innovation 5. Increasing the capacity of partners and stakeholders regarding the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of best practices and innovative approaches 6. Evaluation of the results achieved in terms of the applicability of the innovative elements 7. Dissemination of results
