Transferring innovative social practices and new employment opportunities

This project aims at transferring social innovations to create a sustainable work environment for the target group in which they acquire work skills and motivation for active inclusion in the labor market. The aim of the project is to increase the capacity of the applicant and the foreign partners for transnational cooperation and work in the field of introducing social innovation, good practices, partnership approaches to finding common solutions in the field of the labor market and social inclusion. Project activities will be implemented in Ruse district, Oulu municipality, Finland and Lulea municipality, Sweden, and are: 1. Increasing the capacity of the partners and stakeholders to develop and implement social innovation; 2. Identifying and studying the specifics and needs of the target group, motivation; 3. Adaptation, validation and transfer of the social innovation "Centre of Sustainable Development " from Finland and a model for the functioning of a social enterprise (guide book) from Sweden; 4. Evaluation of the results achieved and applicability of the implemented innovative practices; 5. Activities to disseminate the results achieved. The project corresponds to TO 8, IP 1: Access to employment for jobseekers and inactive persons, including the long-term unemployed and those remote from the labor market as well as through local employment initiatives and support for labor. The target group covers economically inactive persons outside education and training, including discouraged persons over 29 years of age; jobseekers and disadvantaged groups on the labor market located in the target area. Expected results are the transfer and introduction of 2 social innovations.
