Service Lab

"Service Lab" project is a synergy between two European organisations, aiming to co-create three social innovations through transnational cooperation in terms of exchange of experience, best practices and models for supporting self-employment, entrepreneurship and business creation/ organisational development through service design, eco systems thinking, remote cooperation and an interactive training platform. The project focuses on the topic of investment priority 4 of the procedure as it directly contributes to solving concrete problems and meets the needs of the target group. The activities planned within the framework of the project, are identification, development and implementation of three innovative practices (developing a methodology for designing products and services, methodology for ecosystem thinking and training platform), organisation of open training days and discussions with the target group and stakeholders, analysis of good and innovative social practices, evaluation and dissemination of the results achieved. The activities will be implemented in partnership between a training organization from Bulgaria and a University from Belgian, with the two organizations directly contributing to the creation of new solutions in support of the target group with their experience and expertise.
