Good practices to provide employment

Parvomay Municipality is working constantly to improve the capacity of the municipal administration in order to build administrative capacity to implement policies and solve the existing problems on the territory of Parvomay Municipality regarding the available unemployment, for social inclusion and socio-economic integration of unemployed people. To solve these problems, the municipality of Parvomay managed to identify the appropriate partner in the form of an international non-governmental organization based in Spain - "Action against hunger". Thanks to the partnership with the international NGO, Parvomay Municipality has access to the whole set of social innovations, good practices and partnership approaches, which are presented in the project of the European network of social innovation for inclusive employment and entrepreneurship. On the other hand, the partnership established allows Parvomay Municipality to transfer its experience and good practices in terms of ensuring employment, social inclusion and socio-economic integration of unemployed people, acquired under the "Program for publicly beneficial work by persons, subject to monthly social assistance" and "Regional employment program". In order to achieve the set goals, the Municipality of Parvomay will carry out activities for the study, transfer and pilot implementation of social innovations and good practices, both from and to its partner; peer-to-peer activities on selection of good practices, realization of study visits and participation in working groups; analysis and selection of the social innovations and practices best suited to the Bulgarian conditions and the the peculiarities of the territory of Parvomay Municipality; purchase of the necessary materials, for the pilot implementation of good practices and models; conducting trainings and training seminars in order to build the administrative capacity of the municipal administration.
