Innovative practices for improving the services in Chepelare Municipality

The Innovative Practices for Improvement of Services in Chepelare Municipality will help to improve the efficiency of the municipal administration in the provision of social services. Within the project two innovative practices for integrated social services will be identified and transferred. The main objective of the project is to improve the performance of the administration in the process of providing social services. In pursuit of this objective, the following specific objectives will be met: Specific Objective 1: Transfer of Innovative European Social Services Practices Specific objective 2: Increasing knowledge and skills of employees in Chepelare Municipality The fulfillment of the specific objectives will lead to the achievement of the overall objective of the project, respectively the specific objective of Investment Priority 11. As a result of the implementation of the project, the work of the administration of Chepelare Municipality will improve. Besides the target groups, whose needs will be satisfied, all the citizens - users of social services on the territory of municipality will benefit from the transferred innovative practices. In the framework of Action 1, a working discussion will be held in Bulgaria with the foreign partner in order to familiarize with the current situation. Implementation of Action 2 will explore innovative practices in the EU regarding the provision of integrated social services. For Activity 3, experience will be exchanged with the Polish partner through training for transfer of practices. Two innovative practices in the field of integrated social services will be identified and transferred to achieve the set indicators. This will be done under Action 4 and Action 5 will be the follow-up of the results. In order to achieve a greater social effect, the results will be disseminated among the stakeholders in an organized information day in the Chepelare Municipality building as part of the implementation of Action 6.
