HopOnHopOffice is a project for creation and implementation of a new, innovative multi-component service for promotion of self-employment, entrepreneurship and support for start-ups, which will be developed in cooperation and exchange of experience under the Transnational Partnership agreement ENTRA /ENtrepreneurship TRAining 2020/ with the Flemish Agency for Entrepreneurial Education - Syntra Vlaanderen and the Belgian creative company Finale-Events bvba. Under the project will be identified, adapted and validated two innovative practices to promote self-employment, entrepreneurship and companies creation: 1) implementing new flexible employment approaches through the HopOnHopOffice mobile incubator prototype developed under the project. 2) introducing and conducting training to work with the innovative project management tool PMTools. The sharing of knowledge and know-how between the three partner organizations from Belgium and Bulgaria will also help to improve the capacity of the partners and all stakeholders involved in the implementation of the ENTRA transnational agreement by conducting conferences, seminars and workshops, aimed for promoting the exchange of experience, knowledge, information, good practices and innovative approaches among the participants. The activities foreseen to disseminate the results achieved with regard to the feasibility of the innovative elements developed by the partners will also contribute to the establishment of a new trans-European approach to research and development of instruments in order to significantly improve the competitive advantages of self-employed, micro and small enterprises in the EU. * More about the agreement can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/esf/transnationality/TCA-2193
