VR-ANDRAGOGY: adaptation, transfer and introduction of 2 innovative practices from Poland for sustainable socio-economic integration of marginalized groups

The current project proposal aims at contributing to the improvement of transnational cooperation between NGOs from Bulgaria and Poland involved in the field of socio-economic reintegration and education of marginalized social groups. The project is directly targeted at identifying, transferring, assessing and applying the innovative approach of Poland for socio-economic integration of marginalized communities called "VR-Androgogy". This approach consists of 2 interconnected innovative practices: 1) Androgogical modeling (dynamic adaptation of given content related to vocational training, knowledge acquisition, work habits, soft skills, etc. to the experience, values and cultural specifics of a given marginalized target group to increase the levels of motivation, attitudes and self-improvement skills, and sustainability of the training outcomes; and 2) ITO - Informational Technologies for Education (applying the latest technologies such as 3D, 4D, 5D simulators, VR-gadgets, interactive carpets, smart-boards, digital textbooks, drones, virtual classrooms, etc.) for the purposes of sustainable labor and social integration of marginalized groups in the name of social inclusion, combating poverty and improving quality of life as general).
