Career guidance for economically inactive young people

The project is aimed at integrating young people in the labor market, especially those economically inactive, who are not in education or training, at the age of 15 to 29, including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalized communities. The project proposal encourages the development, transfer and implementation of social innovation based on innovative corporate, educational and career guidance models implemented in Belgium and Bulgaria. The project envisages the preparation of a "Comparative analysis of the national frameworks and legal methods to support the employment opportunities of representatives of the target groups in Bulgaria and Belgium", "Analysis of the needs of economically inactive youths not in education and training, ages 15 to 29 inclusive - national analyzes for Bulgaria and Belgium "and" Analysis of the methods used for introducing specific incentives and adapting business management and working environment conditions ", conducting partnership activities, partners meetings and and study visits. As a result of the implementation of the project a Manual for "Vocational Guidance and Career Counseling" for young representatives of the target group will be developed - a handbook of good practices in support of young people, 10 career consultants will be trained, a concept and e-learning toolkit will be developed and an"Youth Center for career guidance and career counseling" established. The main socio-economic engagement is the full integration into the labor market of inactive young people not in education and training, aged 15-29. The project proposal meets the requirements for improving inter regional and transnational cooperation between partners from EU Member States through the transfer and implementation of innovative social models.
