TOGETHER - Social innovations for integration of young people into the labour market

The project aims to promote transnational partnerships between Bulgaria and Belgium through transfer and implementation of social innovation and exchange of good practices for sustainable integration of young people (up to 29 years) on the labor market. The target group includes 40 economically inactive young people who are not in education or training, at the age of 15 to 29. The project implementation will satisfy the necessities of the target group defined as: • Motivation support for personal development and activation • New knowledge and skills of the target group in the fields of sustainable integration on the labor market • Improved access to structured information on the different channels to reach employers • New interactive methods for acquiring knowledge and skills. Project activities • Preparation of specific analyses of the experience of Belgium in terms of planning and implementation of policies in the field of integration of young people up to 29 years on the labor market • Enhancing the capacity of partners and stakeholders to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate good practice and social innovations • Adapting and validating social innovations in Bulgaria based on innovative models, practices and products from Belgium and Poland for sustainable integration of young people up 29 years on the labor market. • Assessment of results, achieved in terms of applicability of its innovative elements • Dissemination of results. The successful implementation of the project activities and the creation of innovative platform for sustainable integration of young people on the labor market-INSPIRE, will bring the following results: • Innovative method for identification economically inactive young people who are not in education or training, at the age of 15 to 29 • Provided support and motivation of 40 persons of the target group • Provided complex of training and skills for sustainable integration.
