Ensure sustainable employment for marginalized communities by reconciling work and private life

The workforce of Vakancia LTD., as well as a large part of the workforce in the company's field of activity has serious difficulties in reconciling work and private life, which is a major obstacle to achieving sustainable employment, finding a permanent job or a new job, such as this is one of the main reasons for keeping the current job or the inability to find and start a new job. The described problem applies with even greater force to disadvantaged people and people with disabilities, while Vakancia LTD. is a specialized enterprise and as such provides employment to people with disabilities, who are 30% of the company's staff. In the course of time Vakancia LTD. has introduced various good practices that minimize the problem and which the company is ready to share at a transnational level, but this problem persists and the company looks for ways to improve the work opportunities, as in Vakancia LTD., as well as disseminating the good practices in the tourism sector as a whole. To tackle this problem and to solve it at national and transnational level, Vakancia LTD. will share its own good practice with the project partner, and on the other hand the project partner will share his experience in reconciling work and private life. For this purpose, Vakancia LTD. identified as a project partner the. Human Development Research Centre (HDRC) – a Lithuanian non–profit public institution. As a result of its activities, HDRC has acquired and possesses relevant experience and good practice in reconciling work and personal life and is ready to share the experience and good practice gained and to learn the experience of its Bulgarian partner in reconciling work and private life. Vakancia LTD. will make the necessary efforts to adapt the experience and good practices of HDRC in the company by conducting study visits, workshops and activities to disseminate the best practices and experience of the Lithuanian partner at regional and national level.
