ThThe project proposal provides for the provision of integrated social and health services for people with disabilities and at risk, in connection with limiting the spread and overcoming the consequences of COVID-19. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of life and opportunities for social inclusion of people with disabilities. disabilities and the elderly in the municipality, by providing a network of services in the home environment and building appropriate material and human capacity for their provision by continuing the approved model of home care for the elderly and people with disabilities, incl. with chronic diseases and permanent disabilities to provide hourly mobile integrated health and social services in their homes.
