Inventory of information and communication infrastructure for the needs of eGovernment

The entire purpose of the project is to conduct inventory of the information and communication infrastructure resources of all administrative structures and their subsidiaries, being listed in the Administrative registry such as central, regional and municipal administrations with the exception of Justice related administrations, where the later are subject to other project of the Ministry of Justice. It’s aiming at structuring of data and information for supporting the execution of the Strategy for the development of the e-governance in the Republic of Bulgaria 2014-2020, for expenditures optimizing and for creating of the e-government environment. Within the project scope the data, needed for future strategic interventions will be gathered by means of implementing at all levels the information system that had been developed for the needs of the Ministry of Justice and the Information Resources Registry for the needs of the e-governance. The future building and implementation of a model for monitoring and optimizing the costs of building and maintaining an integrated environment for the development and functioning of the eGovernment system will be supported. It will also be helped by the process of building the e-government environment by analyzing the modalities of transferring to a cloud organization of the ICT resources of the administration based on a state-owned Private Hybrid Cloud that will be built on another of the projects in the Roadmap for Implementation of the Strategy.
