Transformation of the model of administrative service delivery

The transformation of administrative services consists in turning certification services for citizens and businesses in internal administrative services; the electronization of services, whose end-users are citizens and businesses; grouping of services on a "life episodes" and "business events" principle. The current project is the first phase of the transformation of this service model, as its scope includes strategic upgrades of twoinformation systems; taking inventory of regimes, services and registers involved in administrative services in order to eliminate the need for citizens and businesses to be messengers between administrations and reducing regimes; identify opportunities to consolidate, restructure, centralize, electronize and open registers in public administration; analysis and grouping of services on a "life episodes" and "business events" principle ; simplification and unification of processes to provide a minimum of 17 services at the municipal level. The main objective of the project is to provide higher impact, sustainability, efficiency and transparent prioritization of future projects and initiatives related to administrative reform, comprehensive administrative services and e-governance at the central and local governments and certain providers of public services through full review of existing registers, regimes and services, as well as simplifying and streamlining work processes and defining concrete measures to improve relevant regulations.
