Upgrade of the Commercial register for integration with the platform for data exchange between commercial registers in the EU, register of legal non-profit entities incorporation, integration with the Property register, single entry point, and transition of the central register of special pledges

According to the amendments to the Law on Commercial Register and European legislation directives, Registry Agency(RA)should ensure interoperability of the Commercial register(CR) in the frames of the system for interconnection of central, commercial and companies registers. RA should provide free information about commencement and termination of winding-up proceedings of companies registered in the CR, insolvency proceedings and striking off the register through the EU registers interconnection system. RA should immediately ensure reception of information through the interconnection system of the registers about commencement and termination of winding-up proceedings, insolvency proceedings and deletion of non-resident companies which have registered branches under the Commercial Code. In accordance with the amended legislation framework, in the scope of the project, transformation of the primary registration and the change of circumstances (referring to identification and activities)concerning legal non-profit entities from judicial to administrative by RA will be realized. Within the project, integrations with the Property register and a significant number of other systems implementing the basic principles of the Law on e-Government, ex proprio motu in view of the principles of the complex administrative services, and prerequisites for automated provision of information to other administrations will be implemented.
