Upgrade of property register for integration with cadastral register and providing additional e-services

In this project there will be developed e-services identified in the report on business processes in the Property Register, as well as integration with the Cadastral Register (CR). The activities in this project are directly related to upcoming changes in the regulatory related with the Property register. The main objective of the analysis is to establish in which parts of the existing legislation should be the basis for identifying the underlying business processes to be transformed into e-services and to optimize or develop those internal documents that need relevant changes. Integrated Information System of Cadastre and Property Register (IISCPR) consists of three components - Cadastre, Property register (PR) and One-stop-shop - provides public access to data and services from the PR on the Internet. The upgrade and development of modules and functionalities is based on developed "Report analysis of the legal framework regulating the keeping and use of the Property register” available in the Registry Agency, which will be submitted to the managing authority." RAwill be interacting with court, bailiffs, entry judges, prosecutors, administrators, notaries, municipalities, The Privatization and Post-Privatization Control Agency, Commission to withdraw the illegally acquired property, the NRA; creditor/banks, lawyers, and ect. RA has an obligation to provide information concerning the functioning of PR, GCCA, NRA, and municipalities, municipal departments of Agriculture, the National Institute of Immovable Cultural Heritage and owners of property on which have foreclosure. IISCPR hasn’t been upgraded or updated since the launch of the system in 2009
