The implementation of the project “Upgrade of NRA’s basic systems for delivery of data and services to internal and external systems” will upgrade the basic information systems providing electronic services at the NRA, as well as the tax liabilities register and the NRA taxable persons register. Furthermore, this will enable the electronic exchange of registration and transaction data in the form of internal administrative e-services. The information will be accessible for individuals and legal entities who will be able to obtain real-time information about their liabilities, as well as make online payments, after completing a successful electronic identification. The project will create the necessary prerequisites for an easier exchange of information among NRA’s internal systems as well as with systems at national and cross-border level which will improve the quality and speed-up the administrative services provided by the Agency to individuals and legal entities.
