Development of GIS-based electronic platform "Single information point"

The project proposal aims to ensure the implementation of the requirements of Directive 2014/61 / EC on measures to reduce the cost of deploying high-speed electronic communications networks. Its focus is the efficient planning of the deployment of these networks, the use of existing infrastructures and coordinating works to reduce investment costs. The project envisages the development of GIS-based electronic platform "Single information point" that provides access to information about existing physical infrastructure suitable for the deployment of electronic communications networks, as well as planned and ongoing construction activities. SIP will integrate and systematize information on the procedures and regulations governing the deployment and maintenance of infrastructure, including authorities competent to issue regulations in the field and their respective fees. The access to all available models of documents for obtaining permits and other acts related to infrastructure construction will be guaranteed. The platform will provide the conditions for completing and submitting electronic applications and documents necessary for deployment and maintenance of electronic communications networks and physical infrastructure, as well as to obtain information about the progress of their consideration by the competent authorities. The EIT will provide a system of base layers that can be used by all stakeholders - administration, business and citizens, according to the INSPIRE Directive and the Law on access to spatial data. The GIS technology will enable the accumulated data and information to be used for specific investigations, resource management, regional and country planning and economic modeling processes. It is envisaged that after the establishment of the National Spatial Data Portal, the EIT will be able to support data exchange with the geoportal of the infrastructure for spatial information in the EU (INSPIRE).
