Development of the horizontal and central eGovernment systems in relation to the application of the Unified Model for Application, Payment and Provision of Electronic Administrative Services

The project will support the development of horizontal and central e-government systems for implementation of the Unified Model for Application, Payment and Provision of Electronic Administrative Services (EAS) approved by the chairman of the State e-Government Agency. Key horizontal electronic management systems for the implementation of the Unified Model for Application, Payment and Provision of EAS (Single Model) are: • Single Portal for Access to Electronic Administrative Services (UPAEAS); • Electronic Authentication System (eAvt); • Electronic Forms Management System (eForms); • Electronic Authorization System (eOtor); • System for Checking the Validity of a Personal Certificate (eValidation); • System for Exchange of Reference and Authentication information (RegiX); • Electronic Payment System (ePayment); • Electronic Delivery Service (eDelivery). All the necessary horizontal e-government systems for the implementation of the Single Model are currently available, with the exception of the eForms system that will be developed within the project. Functionalities will be expanded and interfaces will be built for the available horizontal systems, in order to ensure the operational capability of the basic and auxiliary workflows performed in providing electronic administrative services to businesses and citizens. Within the framework of the project, officials from the administrations will be trained to work with horizontal e-government systems and the opportunities for using the Unified Model will be promoted through the creation of paper and video materials.
