Creation, upgrade and integration of information systems and registers of NACID to improve the process of providing administrative and reference services

The project will provide support for the establishment, upgrading and integration of IS and registers of NACID in order to improve the process of providing administrative and reference services. Within the pr., the Register of the scientific activity will be upgraded. Upgrading this electronic register and creating effective mechanisms to keep it up to date will substantially contribute to making it easier to find partners for joint sc. research, better management of sc. pr. and more eff. monitoring of the results of participation in nat. and intern. progr. for sc. research and development. Three new registers will be created: 1. Register of academic staff 2. Register of contemporary Bulgarian scientific publications, referenced and indexed in world-famous databases with scientific information 3. National reference register of contemporary Bulgarian scientific publications with scientific review The creation of these registers will provide public information for the persons with acquired educat. and sc. degree (ESD) "doctor" and sc. degree (SD) "doctor of science", the habilitated persons, the persons in the pos. of assistant and chief ass., as well as for the defended dissertation works. This will ensure transparency and accessibility of all academic-related information. The envisaged in the pr. upgrade of the Register and IS of the issued APOSTILLE certificates aims at issuing an apostille in electronic format with digital cert. and dig. verification of the apostille and the doc. Within the pr. the creation of IS and EAS for the recognition of the ESD doctor and doctor of science is envisaged. The integration of the registers and systems within the pr. will provide high quality, reliable and accessible inf. in the field of science and education and will contribute to the preservation and provision of all the inf. in one place, optimized functionalities and increased efficiency of work. Through the project the sectoral system e-science will be developed.
