Cloud e-services for the administration

This project proposal combines activities that contribute to the implementation of two of the measures set out in the Roadmap for the implementation of the Updated Strategy for the Development of e-Government in the Republic of Bulgaria 2019-2023 (Measure 25 "e-Office for the Administration" and Measure 28 "Upgrading the cloud system for automation of interdepartmental processes in municipal and regional administrations"). In a certralized manner, the project "Cloud e-services for the administration", through the implementation of an automation platform, which will operate on the infrastructure of State Hybrid Private Could, will provide the following: • reengineering and automation of work processes related to performing general administration functions by the central administration, and to providing administrative services by the regional and municipal administration; • integration with the horizontal and centralized e-government systems, as well as specialized systems of the respective administrative body; • creation of a Catalog of e-government services, which will include a set of automated processes. Due to the specifics of the functioning of the administration, as well as the large number of administrative structures and units, the analysis, optimization and automation of work processes will be performed in two separate activities, aimed at: administrations of central bodies of the executive (art. 19, para. 2 of the Law on the Administration) and of administrations of the regional governors (art. 19. para. 3, item 1 of the LA) - abbreviated “central and regional administration” - for SEGA and one regional governor administration; administrations of the mayors of municipalities and regions (Art. 19. para. 3, item 1 of the LA) - abbreviated “municipal administration” - for three municipal administrations (incl. Sofia Municipality as the largest municipality in Bulgaria).
