„Development and implementation of e-archiving system”

The project is aimed at developing and adopting a secure, affordable and high-tech system for Electronic Archiving (e-Archiving)of valuable digital records. E-Archiving is related to the overall functioning of the state administration, it is a horizontal process within Electronic Government (e-Government), which is not limited only to the use of electronic records and services, but is directly related to the activities of the entire state administration. Ensuring effective interaction between the entire administration and the state archives will be achieved through the implementation of the following activities in the project: -    creation of a unified normative and methodological base for e-Archiving of valuable digital records; -    development and adoption of an e-Archiving system for valuable digital records; -    digitisation of audiovisual records stored in the state archives; -    training of employees of records creators of the state archives in working with the e-Archiving system for valuable digital records. The implementation of the project will contribute to the modernisation and transformation of the processes of organisation, expertise, storage and use of digital records in state and municipal institutions. The implementation of the project will provide public access to the preserved valuable electronic records in digital form.
