Electronic system for work managment of the Ombudsman's administration

This project proposal represents the introduction of a overall system for managing the work within the institution of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Bulgaria. The need for this is based on the concept of e-government of the Republic of Bulgaria and the increased number of complaints to the institution, which for the period October 2015 - October 2016 is two times more compared to the same period for the previous year. During the project the following activities will be implemented - Review of the working processes and procedures of the Ombudsman's administration; Analysis and systematization of the normative framework, regarding the Ombudsman administration; making Electronic system for work management of the Ombudsman's administration as well as 3 subactivities - Test of the electronic system, purchase of technical equipment, training the administration to work with the electronic system; liaising with stakeholders and managing and publicity activities. Within the frames of the Electronic system for work management of the Omdusman's administration there will be implemented the goal of analysis of the signals and control of the measures that have been taken by the institution. Through the project the achieved results will comply with the preset in the project indicators.
