Effective application of EU rules on state aid in the provision of services of general economic interest (SGEI)

This project aims to support the effective implementation in the administrative practice of the regime of state aid by local governments, through research and analysis of services of general interest and those of general economic interest (SGEI) carried out by municipal authorities (without services assigned to hospitals (state and municipal), services related to aboveground transportation and administrative services. Project activities include: D-verse 1: Writing a questionnaire and collecting information from municipalities; D-verse 2: Study of best practices for SGEI; D-verse 3: Discuss the problems and achievements of the project D-verse 4: Preparation of Rules for the conditions under which public funds are provided and spent in the implementation of SGEI and proposals for amendments to legislation on SGEI based on analyzes performed D-verse 5: Information and communication
