Institute of Public Administration is the only administrative structure established by the Law on Civil Servants for training of public administration. As such, IPA should implements all documents related to the development of public administration, e-government, including the Operational Programme "Good Governance". Activities: - Develop the capacity of IPA to improve the quality of teaching and research; - Training to improve the capacity of the Bulgarian administration for participation in the decision-making in the EU and fulfilling the commitments of the Republic of Bulgaria; - Organizing Academy for EU Structural and Investment Funds; - Implementation of training to enhance the expertise of employees in public administration at all levels in advanced training programs in line with strategic priorities and needs of administration; - Development of Information and Documentation Centre in IPA; - Activities for information and publicity. Expected results will be: - Increased knowledge, skills and capacity of 19056 civil servants; - Development of IPA as a leading educational institution that enjoys the confidence of employees in Bulgaria.
