The purpose of the project is to provide specialized trainings for the staff of the PFIA on topics related to the detection by financial inspectors of violations, irregularities and fraud regarding the spending of funds from the state budget in the organization and provision of public services in the field of delegated by the state activities. The trainings will cover an analysis of the current changes in the legal framework and practical problems in the implementation of control under The Concessions Act, The State Aids Act, The Public Procurement Act, etc. The project provides for organization and implementation of trainings for 150 employees of PFIA. As a result, the trainings will foster the professionalism and will boost the administrative capacity as a prerequisite to the formation of capable, motivated and responsible staff.
