Increasing the expertise of the employees in MAFF through specialized training

The project proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry (MAFF) provides, for 4 project months, to be conducted 4 high priority specialized training's for the administration, within which it will achieve the following indicators of the procedure: - "Trained administration officials" - 249; - "Officials who have successfully completed training with a certificate" - 249. The planned project activities and results are aimed at improving the specialized knowledge and skills of the employees of the MAFF and realization of the following specific objectives of the project proposal: Specific objective 1: Improvement of the specialized knowledge and skills of the MAFF staff to develop a Strategic Action Plan for the implementation of the EU Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) beyond 2020. SO1 will be achieved by implementing Action 1 of the project proposal. Specific objective 2: To develop the specialized knowledge and skills of the MAFF employees regarding the exceptional market crisis management measures in the context of the CAP. SO2 will be achieved through the implementation of Action 2 of the project proposal. Specific objective 3: To increase the specialized knowledge and skills of the employees of the MAFF in relation to the control and supervision of the organic production system. SO3 will be achieved through the implementation of Action 3 of the project proposal. Specific objective 4: Improvement of the specialized knowledge and skills of the staff of the MAFF on the procedures for implementing Regulation 2016/679 "General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data" (GDPR) in the ministry. SO4 will be achieved through the implementation of Activity 4 of the project proposal.
