Specialized training for improving the knowledge and skills of the employees from the administration of the National Council on Prices and Reimbursement of Medicinal Products (NCPRMP)

The National Council on Prices and Reimbursement of Medicinal Products (NCPRMP) is a secondary administrator of budget credits subordinate to the Minister of Health. It has the status of a state commission. The activities of the Council and its functions are set out in Art. 259 of the Law on the Medicinal Products in Human Medicine. The National Council approves and registers the prices of medicinal products, includes, changes and excludes products in the Positive Drug List; approves pharmacotherapeutic guidances and recommendations for algorithms for the treatment with medicinal products, exercises control over the prices of medicinal products when sold. The functions of the NCPRMP administration are set out in the Rules of Organization, as well as in other documents defining the activities of the administration. With this project proposal, 4 specialized trainings will be organized and carried out for the NCPRMP staff in the field of reimbursement of medicinal products; in collecting data and reporting on the effectiveness of innovative medicinal products in medical practice paid with public funds; the new rules on the protection of personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act and the application of the new Regulation 2016/679 in connection with the collection and processing of personal data related to pricing and reimbursement proceedings and by collection of data and reporting of results for efficiency of innovative products; on implementation of the legislation and the control in the field of pricing and reimbursement of medicinal products; The trainings are directly related to the functions of the administration. Three of the trainings are planned to be out of the office - outside of the place of work, and one is planned to be provided in Sofia. All training are envisaged with granting cerificates.
