Increasing the qualification of the Communication and Information Infrastructure Directorate in the e-Government State Agency to ensure more effective implementation of the functions of the Directorate related to establishing, developing and maintaining shared electronic governance resources.

The State e-Government Agency implements public policy in the fields of e-government, electronic services, electronic identification, network and information security, spatial information infrastructure and public sector information in a machine-readable open format. Investing in human resources is crucial for the successful implementation of public policy in these areas. This project is part of the Agency's strategy for enhancing the professional competence of the employees of the Communication and Information Infrastructure Directorate and improving the quality of their work. Enhancing the professional competence of the Directorate's employees and improving the quality of their work is essential to the activities of the Agency. The functions of the Directorate are in an area that develops rapidly in technological terms, therefore it is necessary that the specific skills of its staff be updated periodically. CISCO training is a specialized training including ready, tested programs and courses in information and communication technologies, using the experience of world leading companies in this field. Three specialized courses are provided in the project, offered by the World Program "Network Academy", with an upgrade of the acquired knowledge in each subsequent one of them. The duration of each course is 5 days, 40 academic hours. Staff from the central and territorial structures of the Directorate will be included.
