Specialized trainings for employees of the National Construction Control Directorate

The project envisages organizing and conducting specialized training for the effective implementation of legal instruments in the field of spatial planning and specialized training for the practical application of the control requirements of the Spatial Development Act for the employees of the National Construction Control Directorate. The target group of the project is 373 experts - NCCD employees. The project aims at deepening and expanding the acquired specialized and methodical knowledge and skills of the employees in order to affirm a unified approach for effective control of the construction in the Republic of Bulgaria and for the practical application of the control requirements in the field. The project will satisfy the needs of the state administration employees for increasing their professional qualification in exercising control over compliance with the Spatial Development Act and the secondary legislation. The acquired knowledge and skills of the employees will lead to a unified approach for applying the normative requirements in the design and construction in the country. As a result of the project, 373 persons will undergo two specialized trainings, directly related to the specific activity and functions of NCCD of exercising control over design and construction - the use of quality building materials and articles in order to ensure the safety, accessibility and other statutory requirements for construction works.
