“Enhancing the Knowledge and Skills of NRA Staff through Participation in Specialized Training”

The implementation of the project “Enhancing the Knowledge and Skills of NRA Staff through Participation in Specialized Training” will improve the qualification of NRA staff whose functions and responsibilities are related to the following specialized fields: the Special Pledges Act, the Civil Procedure Code, and property law. The enhancement of knowledge and skills of trained staff will be instrumental to higher efficiency and better results when implementing NRA’s core activities. Project goals and objectives will be achieved through participation of NRA staff in specialized training in subject areas as follows: 1. The new amendments to the Special Pledges Act and the Civil Procedure Code. Competition between enforcement proceedings under the Tax and Social Security Procedure Code and the Civil Procedure Code and proceedings under the Special Pledges Act. 2. Property law and types of rights in rem. Restrictions on property rights. Encumbrances. As a result, 175 employees of the National Revenue Agency will take part in specialized training in: “The new amendments to the Special Pledges Act and the Civil Procedure Code. Competition between enforcement proceedings under the Tax and Social Security Procedure Code and the Civil Procedure Code and proceedings under the Special Pledges Act and will receive certificates. 140 employees of the NRA will take part in the training “Property law and types of rights in rem. Restrictions on the right to property. Encumbrances”, and will receive certificates.
