The project is aimed at improving the specialized knowledge and skills of the Ministry of Youth and Sports (MYS) staff. The main objective of the project will be achieved through the following specific objectives: • Ensuring the possibility of participating in specialized trainings that are specific to individual groups of employees engaged in certain functions and responsibilities to enhance their key, personal and professional skills and competences; • Raise the organizational culture of the MYS administration by multiplying good practices by passing on experience among ministry staff and by broadening employee knowledge on different international approaches and models that will lead to a better quality exercise their public powers. The main activities to be carried out are aimed at conducting 10 specialized training sessions, including the staff of 5 specialized directorates from the MYS.
