Organizing and setup of specialized trainings for government employees of “Communication and Information Systems” Directorate of Ministry of Interior about configuration and administration of telephony exchanges MiVoice MX-ONE V.6.3, MiVoice Office 400, Unify Open Scape 4000 Basic and server applications for IP telephony exchange by scope of Linux OS environment

The project proposal for organizing and setup of specialized trainings for government employees of “Communication and Information Systems” Directorate of Ministry of Interior includes basic topics, concerned directly officials functions and duties of government employees, i.e. their obligations to maintain and keep up full functionality and efficiency of telephony exchanges and communication equipment built up voice communications of MoI. It is planned the training of every topics to be presented by highly skilled and trained experts with experience in installation and technical support of specified communication systems. The specialized trainings are going to comprehend theoretically presentations and practices with real communication systems which will extend professional qualification and performance of government employees of “Communication and Information Systems” Directorate of Ministry of Interior.
